Information Flyer Boxes in the front yard is also Passive. In both cases, all your agent can do is sit back and hope someone calls after viewing the ad or taking a flyer. In both examples there is no ability to follow up... hence Passive. A simple change, which we do, is to add a small sign on top of our Atlanta For Sale sign that says; "Hotline" and provides a phone number for Buyers to listen to a Professional Recording about your home. The Hotline system captures the Caller ID and emails us the information. We can then be Active (not passive) by contacting the Caller to see if we can provide additional information about your home. Instead of sitting and waiting, we aggressively pursue each and every lead to find you a qualified Buyer. Another key Marketing Tool is the promotion of your property on over 40 real estate websites. Buyers begin their searches online so we make sure they find your property!
