  • Demonstrate Property
  • Show the Client properties matching their Requirements while pointing out Features that may impact (positively or negatively) the future resale of the specific property.
  • Contract Negotiator
  • Experienced Negotiator skilled in obtaining the best possible Price, Terms and Conditions for the Client
  • Contract Administrator
  • Monitors the Contract to make sure all Terms and Conditions are met by all parties to reach a successful Closing
These are the skills we deem necessary to assist Clients with what is typically their single largest investment – The home purchase.
